This sprocket can change its pitch and adapts to the varying pitch of the chain. The teeth are fixed by means of a resilient construction whereby the forces are distributed evenly over the Vario sprocket. This ensures less wear and maintenance. The sprocket doesn\u2019t need to be replaced until the chain has run out. The Vario Sprocket can only be used in combination with the JOZ long-tempered chain (13 x 65 chain). This chain is lighter than the standard 13 mm chain. The entire system is less burdened and this increases the service life. A Dual Drive system can be provided with a 2x 0,75kW or a 2x 1,5kW engines. This depends on the length of the alleys.<\/p>\n<p>The system is sold with an fully automatic hydraulic tension setting. Together with the Vario Sprocket it saves labour and lowers maintenance costs. JOZ has developed a new scraper for these barns, the HDX Delta scraper. That means that this HDX Deltascraper is sold in combination with the new hardened Corner roll +, a corner roll with hardened components that ensure the chain scraper runs better. Maintenance has never been more easy because of the replaceable wear parts.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"small\">Single arm HDX Delta scraper<\/h2>\n<p>The JOZ folding scraper also comes in a single-arm version. This new rubber is along its entire underside and is more wear-resistant than other rubber. We want to make time-consuming and heavy work redundant and our solutions need to make the barn more comfortable for animals.<\/p>\n<p>Barns with sand bedding cause more wear than other beddings. Through the year we\u2019ve tested our systems in sand barns and concluded we need a special line of products for these barns. We need to divide the forces of the system as much as possible so that we can eliminate extra wear and increase cow safety.<\/p>\n<p>This also had consequences for our scrapers.
