The JOZ multi-scraper has been given a major upgrade, and it represents a real advance. This manure scraper now reflects the requirements of livestock farmers even better. 4 points have been upgraded.

1. The drive-over multi-scraper

We know the problem; you want to spread straw on your barn floor, but you can’t get past the manure scraper with your tractor. A manure scraper is normally about 4 metres wide, so you can’t get round it or drive over it. This problem has been solved with the drive-over multi-scraper. Thanks to a smart pin connection, the scraper folds in to just 70 cm wide instead of 4 metres, so a small loader can easily get past. You can even drive over it, because those 70 cm easily fit between the wheels of your tractor.

If a JOZ multi-scraper is already at work in your barn, no problem, because thanks to the modular construction existing multi-scrapers can be converted into drive-over versions.

You can, of course, also opt for a drive-over combination scraper if that’s your preference! Remember, however, that if the conditions in your barn are harsh, you may be better off with the multi-scraper, which is very robust and capable of handling heavy-duty work. We can of course give you appropriate advice.

2. Includes wear-resistant E-rubber

If you’ve noticed that the rubber of your manure scraper wears quickly, we’ve got some good news. We can fit your multi-scraper with e-rubber as an option. This rubber can handle the harshest conditions, such as barns with sand bedding. E-rubber lasts no less than twice as long as standard rubber. That means less maintenance and a longer service life for your multi-scraper. Handy: we can also fit this wear-resistant rubber to older multi-scrapers.

3. The movable pulling bar

There’s usually a piece of floor near the manure deposit point that your manure scraper can’t reach properly. We come across this problem especially in small barns, where the deposit point is close to the wall. This problem has now been resolved thanks to the multi-scraper’s movable pulling bar. This pulling bar moves under the scraper, and can reach up to 15 cm in front of the corner roller. Your multi-scraper therefore scrapes a larger part of the floor.

If you already own our multi-scraper but it isn’t fitted with a movable pulling bar, no problem, because our dealers can also fit this option to older models.

4. Multi-scraper with locking pin key

Do you want to decide as a farmer when your multi-scraper does its work? Perhaps, for example, there’s a part of your barn where you keep dry cows or calves, and you don’t want the scraper to operate here every day? Then the locking pin key is a great option. If you choose this option, the manure chain runs through a tube straight through the scraper. When the chain is running, the scraper remains immobile by default. If you insert the key into a notch in the tube, the scraper gets to work.

So, if you value flexibility, the locking pin key can lend you a hand. Our dealers can also fit this key option to your older multi-scraper.
