JOZ represents high quality, as is reflected by the fact we’ve been awarded ISO 9001 certification. This certification depends on a 3-yearly cycle of annual audits, where an independent party such as TÜV Nederland determines whether our organisation complies with the requirements in the standard.

What is ISO?

ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management systems, and well-known in almost every industry. The standard is published by the International Standardisation Organisation (ISO), and was established by cooperation between organisations from around the world. In the Netherlands, the standard is published by NEN. Its full title is NEN-EN-ISO 9001.
