What data do we process?
- The company name
- The name or names of the contact person or persons
- The location and invoicing address of the company
- Phone numbers of the contact person or persons at the company
- E-mail addresses of the contact person or persons at the company
How do we process this data?
Which data we process depends on the consent you give us or the purpose of the processing. To be able to send you the return on investment calculation, we require some data, namely:
- The number of cows
- Milk yields per cow
- The milk price
- The number of minutes you spend feeding each day
- your e-mail address
All data are processed within a secure environment. These data can only be viewed by employees who need access to it in order to carry out their task in the interest of the data subject and/or services. These employees only see data that are relevant to this purpose.
Unsubscribing
You can always unsubscribe from the services of JOZ b.v. If there is an agreement in place, we ask you to observe the agreed notice period. Every newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe from our newsletters.
Access or modify data
You can always submit a request to access, modify, rectify or erase your data. To do so, send an e-mail to info@joz.nl. JOZ b.v. will respond to your request within 4 weeks. If you have specific questions about your data, please feel free to send a message to the same e-mail address. We will also respond within 4 weeks.
Click behaviour and IP address
We keep track of general visitor data to improve the websites and services of JOZ b.v.. These data cannot be used to identify a company or person. In order to do this, JOZ b.v. also uses your computer’s IP address. Your IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you go online.
Information about the use of cookies
