JOZ creates sustainability in the sector! How?

JOZ is introducing the Heavy Duty Line, a brand new line for stables with harsher conditions.

Heavy Duty?

The Vario Sprocket is the biggest revolution in the Heavy Duty line. The sprocket is only available from JOZ and helps increase the service life of the complete installation. The six teeth move independently of each other and the spring action ensures that forces are equally distributed over multiple teeth. This reduces wear, making it much easier for users to operate. That is because the need to replace drive sprockets has been completely eliminated. One chain, one Vario Sprocket – and uneven chain wear is a thing of the past.

The combination of the Vario Sprocket, new Dual Drive system and Corner Roller Plus means that the forces released on the manure scraping system are better distributed (for systems up to 1,000-m long), resulting in less wear and improved safety for cows.

Sustainability in the agricultural sector

Less wear and tear increases the service life of conventional manure scraping systems, which in turn leads to a higher ROI (return on investment) for the systems. With the introduction of the Heavy Duty line, JOZ is also launching new manure scrapers that are able to deal with harsher conditions. Our goal is to produce perfect scraping results, whether that concerns a standard situation or places that are more difficult to reach (scraping under grates).
