JOZ cancels EuroTier and other trade shows
JOZ will not be present at the EuroTier in Germany this year. Participation in the other planned fairs of 2020 has also been cancelled. At the EuroTier, JOZ planned to exhibit several new product innovations. ‘We are now launching the new solutions in phases in 2020’, reports Arend Kuperus, CEO of JOZ.
Our withdrawal from the trade fairs comes as a result of the current corona crisis. ‘Due to the corona outbreak, we do not believe it is responsible to go to trade fairs this year’, explains Kuperus. ‘Bringing people together from all over the world is not suitable now. Health comes first. This is why we have decided to cancel our participation in various trade fairs in Europe and the United States.’
Circulair Farming
Cancelling the trade fairs, however, does not mean that the new products will not be launched on the market. Based on the theme ‘Circular Farming‘, JOZ will launch a new generation of solutions for livestock farming this year.
‘Legislation forces us to think about systems that will help us combat nitrogen problems, among other things’, says Kuperus. ‘With our new solutions for aspects such as manure processing, the manure is used optimally and we can solve the manure issue. In doing so, we contribute to the transition from organic manure to mineral manure. This relieves both the farmer and the environment.’
Up to 80 percent less nitrogen
One of the groundbreaking innovations due to be launched on the market shortly is the so-called nitrogen cracker. ‘This machine extracts up to 80 percent of the nitrogen from the manure’, claims Kuperus. ‘JOZ enables farmers to solve the nitrogen problem from a technical point of view, rather than having to reduce the size of their livestock.’
Through the JOZ website and social media, dealers and clients are kept informed of the new innovations throughout the year.
