Big news! JOZ is taking over internationally operating company Fullwood. From 16 June, the leading milking system brand will continue under the name Fullwood JOZ. With this takeover, JOZ is reinforcing its position in the field of solutions for livestock barns.

JOZ and Fullwood JOZ

This acquisition creates a new brand alongside JOZ: Fullwood JOZ. Fullwood JOZ is the premium international supplier of fully integrated milking solutions. All milking solutions are developed with 1 core goal in mind: improve the lives of dairy cows and their farmers, and ensure that farming operations are productive and profitable, while the cows feel comfortable and healthy.

“At JOZ, we specialise in developing robots and smart solutions for barns, but until now we didn’t have our own milking systems,” explains CEO Arend Kuperus. “With this acquisition, we can now provide end users with innovations in the field of milk production, alongside our existing range of efficient manure removal and smarter feed distribution systems.”

The circle is complete

“Fullwood JOZ will provide a base from which we can offer effective solutions that support farmers with products relevant to them, focused on the 3 principles of milking,” says Kuperus. “Fast, complete, and stress-free. With this, we can offer a solution for every step within our vision of circular farming, which will help those running agricultural businesses to farm more smartly and efficiently. The circle really is complete now.”

Made in Holland

Following the acquisition, the entire product portfolio in conventional milking and robotic milking will continue unchanged. All branches will also remain open. “We’re now sharing our in-house knowledge and expertise at JOZ with Fullwood JOZ. Made in Holland reflects what we stand for, and represents the premium quality that the market can expect from us.”

Double the number of milking robots

Kuperus is proud of this expansion to include milking systems, and Fullwood JOZ will be investing heavily in product innovation in the coming years. “We will, of course, continue to refine the milking systems, especially in the area of software and data collection. We will open new branches, which we expect will allow us to double the number of robots. We have all kinds of ideas about how we can make the milking robots even easier to use, so that end users can work more smartly and efficiently.”

Dealers

Nothing else will change for JOZ dealers. JOZ remains JOZ. Fullwood JOZ will be added alongside as another brand. “The network of Fullwood JOZ dealers seamlessly connects to the JOZ network. It’s ideal. Fullwood JOZ dealers now have automatic access to JOZ solutions, such as the manure robots, feed pusher robots and the new Gazoo nitrogen cracker. A fantastic synergy will arise between our dealers, so that we can strengthen each other even more.”
