Livestock farmers in Wales can benefit from a grant scheme providing up to 40% funding for manure and feed-pushing robots. The scheme applies to a range of automated barn solutions, including JOZ systems
The scheme includes, among others:
Autonomous manure robots
Robotic systems equipped with intelligent software and sensors that navigate the barn independently and operate safely among livestock.
- Maximum eligible investment: £34,316
- Maximum grant amount: £13,726
Robotic feed-pushing systems
Programmable systems that automatically push feed and use sensors to detect distance and feed levels.
- Maximum eligible investment: £16,330
- Maximum grant amount: £6,532
Electric manure scraper systems
Automated electric systems that replace tractor work inside the barn.
- Maximum eligible investment: £8,135
- Maximum grant amount: £3,254
