The smart feed pusher robot
The Moov 2PRO is a smart feed pusher robot for top performance. With its powerful stainless steel electric drum and smart drive technology, it delivers clean results even with large quantities of feed. The Moov 2PRO is robust, manoeuvrable and can effortlessly turn left and right, making it very easy to optimise your feeding routes.
With the Moov 2PRO, there is less selectivity and a higher average feed efficiency. As such, the quantity of milk per kg of dry matter intake also increases. Research suggests that an increase of 0.05 is realistic (the average feed efficiency is 1.3 – 1.5).
Lift function
Obstacles are no problem for the Moov 2PRO. Whether it’s obstacles in the barn or height differences, the Moov 2PRO can handle it. The lift function allows the drum to lift its skirt up to 70 mm, allowing it to drive effortlessly over obstacles.

Prevent rumen acidosis? Frequent feed pushing may be a solution
Rumen acidosis is a common problem in dairy cows and can have significant health consequences. In order to prevent rumen acidosis, among other things you need to provide your cows with enough structure with a good ration and high-quality roughage.
Make sure your cows always have fresh feed at the feed fence. By increasing the frequency of feeding and pushing feed, cows tend to come to the feed fence more often and eat with less haste. Pushing feed at set times and in manageable amounts prevents excessive feed intake. In addition, cows become less selective.
With a more constant feed intake, you can avoid fluctuations in pH. Using the Moov 2PRO, feed is automatically pushed continuously and cows have access to fresh feed 24/7. This is a more efficient method than pushing feed sporadically and increases the probability of better milk yields per cow and thus reduces the likelihood of rumen acidosis.

Will a feed pusher robot fit in my cowshed?
Yes, the Moov 2PRO is suitable for every cowshed. Since the feed pusher robot has so many functions, it’s also suitable for cowsheds with narrow feed alleys, for example.
Does my cowshed need an internet connection?
Not necessarily. However, we do recommend it so that the JOZ Management System can properly monitor the robot.
Can an obstacle or slope present a problem for the Moov 2PRO?
No, because the Moov 2PRO is fitted with a lift function. An obstacle up to 2.5-cm high or a slope of up to 15% pose no problem.
Can the feed pusher robot move outside?
Yes it can. For example, the robot can move from one cowshed to another. This is subject to specific safety regulations, since a robotic vehicle will then be moving across the farmyard. We can of course give you all the relevant info.
